  • Self Dispatch

    Yes, you can book 100% of your own loads, negotiate your own rates, and run where and when you want. But you aren’t on your own, your Business Manager is there for you every step of the way.

  • Percentage Pay

    We have always believed the fair way to pay is on percentage. We are in this together. We pay 80%. 80% of what is an important question, and while your destiny is in your hands, our Partners earned on average more than $.34/mile more than the average Owner Operator.*

    From onboarding to daily operations, you work with one person for each stage. At our core we believe that relationships are what drives our business. Once you are out running we want to make sure that you are working with someone that knows your goals and preferences. Hard to do that if your support system is provided by a call center.
